Mark Canty
Master Plumber, Owner
Mark’s job, as Owner, is to oversee the day to day operations of all departments of the company. He also identifies new markets, supervises and coaches the service, plumbing and install crews. Mark works closely with the other managers in the company to make sure we are doing everything we can to take care of our customers quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Chris Bishop
Plumbing Technician
Chris uses his troubleshooting expertise to help clients with difficult plumbing issues at C4 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Chris is an expert plumbing technician and he is your go to guy when you have you have a plumbing issue no one else can solve. Chris has worked in the Plumbing industry for over 10 years and clients describe him as persistent and thorough in getting the job done right the first time. Chris has a burning passion for working on and riding motorcycles and enjoys spending time with family.
Cassandra Hobson
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/LICENSING
Cassandra handles accounts payable and city licensing. Cassandra was born and raised in Denver and is very active in her community. She has 1 daughter that keeps her very busy outside of work. In her free time Cassandra enjoys exploring ghost towns, camping, 4-wheeling, horseback riding and bowling.
Josh Allen
PLUMBING/HVAC MANAGER
Josh is a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, boiler technician, and has 10 years of electrical experience. Josh has 14 years of plumbing experience but has also worked as a maintenance supervisor, remodeling business partner, and construction superintendent. Josh enjoys spending time with his family. Josh’s hobbies include building and riding motorcycles, shooting, and traveling. Josh’s keys to success include perseverance, attention to detail, and taking care of the customer.
Christy Barton
Controller/ Office Manager
Christy has been with C4 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling since the beginning. Christy has a background in the plumbing industry with 12 plus years of experience. Christy runs the office staff, answer questions, counsels and by default, she is our in-house I.T. person handling everything from cell phones to computers. Christy does so many things it is hard to list all of them. Christy enjoys the people she works with, the customers we work for and the wonderful way this company is managed by our owner. “I work in a place of business that I know is moral, ethical, and honest.” Christy asks “what is free time?”. She is a wonderful mother. She loves to travel, ride motorcycles and spend time with her family.
Nyzayah Dean
PLUMBING APPRENTICE
Nyzayah has been in the industry since 2017 and is thrilled to be part of the C4 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling team. In addition to plumbing, he is in pursuit of his mining engineering degree through the University of Denver. When he’s not at work he enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, canoeing, or enjoying a good book.
Marcus Massengill
PLUMBING APPRENTICE
Marcus is in the process of completing his necessary on the job training to become a certified plumber. Marcus is an asset to the C4 team with his exceptional work ethic and enjoys innovative solutions when met with a challenge on the job. His hobbies include riding motorcycles, photography, writing music, car shows, snowboarding, paint balling, road trips, home improvements and architectural design.
Markayla Canty
BOOKKEEPER
Markayla has helped us out of and on for a few years as a personal assistant to Mark. Now she works part time in the office as an admin. She also plans to join our CSR team eventually. She is the daughter of our founder Mark. She loves animals and worked at a CPA office for a couple of years after finishing high school and starting college. Her daughter is her first priority. She also loves sushi, online gaming, and she’s great with children. She is very loyal and reliable. Markayla has proven to be a great addition to our team.
